Alex woke up one day, and his mom said, "Hey, can you please sketch what your room will look like?"
Alex responded, "Yeah, for sure!" So he walked back to his room and looked on his phone for a lot of amazing ideas! After around two hours of searching on his phone he started the sketch for his room. Below is what happened on the day he sketched his room and tips that might help you one day.
First, he started with a very, very light sketch of the basic outline of the room and then he added the big things. He obviously added a TV, poster, and desk. It took around 1-2 hours because it was very normal to make mistakes. His mom had been doing it for around 4-5 years and she had made a lot of mistakes, A LOT.
The second step Alex had to do was to erase the light sketch and make it more visible and noticeable. To do this he had to do it with average or above average sharpened pencils. It depends on how hard you push on them for how dark the lines are on the sketch.
Lastly, he put tiny details like a light, a tiny picture, and books inside the book shelf. Alex used his eraser on the sketch to make it look really, really neat! It is always important to make sure there are not things that are over your lines on the sketch. Finally, he added a good amount of color on the sketch to make it look pretty realistic of what the color scheme of the room would look like.
As a result, Alex created a sketch his room and made it look really neat! If you ever move and need to design a room maybe the steps I used to sketch my room will help you and it is a lot fun too.
