The oldest person in the world is Maria Branyas. She is 116 years and 300 days old. Branyas was born on March 4, 1907 to parents Joseph and Julia. As for the oldest man to ever live, that would be Juan Perez, who died in 2022 at the age of 112. He harvested sugar for a living and walked on his own two feet until the age of 98, when he was put in a wheelchair. These two people lived long lives because they took care of their minds and bodies and made sure to get good rest each night.
