Why should we save the Earth you might ask. Well I'm here to tell and maybe convince you to start saving the earth.
First of all, is it too late to save the earth? Yes, from climate change. But we can delay the earth dying by helping it. How can we help the Earth, you say? The number one thing that we can do to help the Earth is reduce, reuse, and recycle. Cut down on what you throw away. Number two is volunteer work. Volunteer for cleanups in your community. That can help the Earth with pollution. Number three: Conserve water. This diverts less water from our rivers, bays, and estuaries, which helps keep the environment healthy. It can also reduce water and wastewater treatment costs and the amount of energy used to treat, pump, and heat water.
Things you can do from home to help
If you're looking to help the Earth without having to deal with those hefty gas prices then I’ll tell you what you can do! Number one: plant a tree in your backyard (not all people can do this). And if your backyard is not able to support a tree or if you just don’t want to deal with the trouble of raising a tree then I have a solution for you! Number two use long lasting light bulbs, energy efficient light bulbs can reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Also flip the light switch when you leave the room. Or maybe if you don’t want to use money or be money efficient you can do this next one. Number three: Eliminate Food Waste. This makes less trash. There will be less pollution in land holes so you don’t think you're doing a lot but you're doing so much every single time you help can go a long way. Number four: use DIY Environmentally Friendly Cleaners. Number five: run the wash only when it's full.
