Stressful situations by Derek Martinez
There is something called flight fight and freeze, we can also overcome them by facing them and more ways.
First, fight, flight, and freeze are helping us one time I was not looking to the sides, and I almost got hit I was scared, and I had flight because I almost got hit by a car and I needed to run away to the other side. Here is another one when a lady was coming out and her dog came out and bit me and I was screaming and crying. We can fight our fears you can have a fear of flying a plane or can have a fear of animals, but you can face it by holding your fear. You can also do it by doing it like a fear of heights You can go on a helicopter or a roller coaster. There can also be stress too, you can take your stress out by squishing a ball or something.
Next, we were born with instincts and behaviors like flight, fighting, and freeze and we have actions. When there is danger, your senses help your body it does flight, fight, and freeze fight is when you face your fears freeze is when you completely stop flight is when you run away. Your survival instinct is a stress response. When you are in danger it is hard to control insects' reaction. you know flight fight and freeze responses in action.
In conclusion, one thing you can learn is flight fight, or freeze because this might happen to you.
