Response: “14 years with many excellent teachers!”
Question: What inspired you to become a principal?
Response: “My mom and dad were both teachers which I thought was cool. I wanted to create an environment where kids could have fun and develop a love for learning.”
Question: What teachers have you worked with the longest?
Response: “Mrs. Lopez has been with me my whole career.” (even before they were at MBFS)
Question: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Response: “In the next ten years, I would like to do a lot of things. I'm not sure now where I see myself, but I know I will be doing something I love.”
Question: Who is your hero?
Response: “My mother because she is the kindest, most hardworking, and positive person you'll ever meet.”
Question: Would you ever consider doing something else as far as your career?
Response: “I love what I do, but I'm always open to new things. Maybe a high school principal or college teacher.”
Question: If you could teach elementary or middle school, which one would you pick and why?
Response: “Before I became a principal, I was an elementary school teacher. I have never taught middle school before, so I would pick middle school.”
Question: What is your dream job?
Response: “I am already in the dream job. I'm growing future leaders.”
