There have been many bank issues around the world recently, marking the second biggest bank crash since the Great Depression. Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank are two in the United States that have crashed, making everyone worry about their money. It is not just the United States that is having bank problems. Credit Suisse, a Switzerland bank, was doing so poorly that UBS (where my dad works) was forced to buy Credit Suisse. Around the world, everyone has been worried sick about their money in banks. They are switching their money from bank to bank, waiting to see what the United States and other countries will do about these crashes. Hopefully these issues are resolved soon, and the economy can get back on track.
