If you've ever gone camping you would know what it's like. For others who don't know, I'll tell you what it's like! On my first camping trip I went to Fort Desoto. I went with my family and friends. When we first got there it was raining and windy. Then it died down. Our campsite was next to this river. We started setting up camp and making dinner. The next day we went to the fort. We saw actual prison cells and cannons that they used! We were camping for a day and a half. At night, we had to tie up our trash so raccoons wouldn't get to them. I saw some baby raccoons! They were so cute! Me, my siblings, and my friends shared a really big tent. It was so big! We left the next day, but I had so much fun! I couldn't wait to go back again!
