What to Do if You See a Stray Cat!

There are so many stray cats and a lot of people don't know how to help that is why I am here. First, if you need to help a stray cat you need to know how stray cats act… Chewy.com states that stray cats rely on humans so they are typically nice like rubbing against people and meowing (that is friendly). If the cat is not happy it is going to be a lot harder to help the cat so what you can do is… 1. Let the cat make the first move 2.try to make the cat to come 3.respect the cat's space 4.be patient. All that information is from mrfrs.org. After reading all this and the rest, just think according to www.bard.edu there are 50 to 70 million stray cats in the US. Now I am going to tell you what to do if you already did all the steps beforehand you need to do… 1. When you see the cat try to find the owner 2. Try to get the cat in a cage and bring it to a vet to see if the cat has a microchip…you can find all this information and more at www.humanesociety.org! I hope next time you see a stray cat you can help. Good luck!
