Mrs. Rutik's was my fourth-grade teacher and one of my favorite teachers, I have so many favorite teachers, but she was one that stuck out. So, I wanted to interview her and ask her some questions about her job. First, I asked her, Who, inspired you to become a teacher and was it a lifelong dream? She replied, "When I had kids I wanted to start teaching and doing what they're doing to help them and to understand". What, are some of the motivations that encourage you to keep teaching? "Seeing kids succeed is just one of many great motivations", she said. When did you figure out you wanted to be a teacher? "Twenty years ago, when I had my daughter." Where did you go to college to become a teacher and how was your experience? She said, "I went to USF and loved it! Why, did you become a teacher? "To help kids and just understand them more to help understand my kids more." How, did you become a teacher what were some of the steps? "I had to get my master's degree, 1 year as title one teacher, 7 years at a different school and now I'm here." This interview helped me get closer to Mrs. Rutik's, and understand her more not just by the questions but by a great laugh.
