What career are you interested in? Well mine is Biology. The description of the job is studying animals and the environment they live in.There is a lot of schooling needed for some of the best jobs, that means for the best position you would need 11 years of biology schooling. Right now from research there are no special tests or exams to be a biologist. Some requirements are hand coordination which is being good and coordinated with your hands. You will also need to work as a team and have good eyesight and patience. There also required skills like being good at math, being good at communication, being good with your hands and being interactive. The annual salary of a biologist is at least $26,000 to the most around $190,000, and around $22 per hour to $43 per hour. Around this time my research says that the annual salary does not change each year unless you become a specialist or higher rank in between. The better education means I can make more money as I will be able to have better job opportunities that will make me have a better salary. While being a biologist you have to work 40 hours every week but you can work overtime if you want. A biology career will not be found in every city as mostly they will be pretty big. The work area will be inside and outside as researching doesn't mean that I'm either always inside or outside.
There are many different benefits of the job, you will get health and dental insurance, the career is very flexible. But I will have to sacrifice some things such as I won't have much free time on my hands and there will be high tuition costs which is sad to put down all that for the career but in my eyes will be worth it. There are also many chances for advancement both in the field of study and as a job it will advance as its a science and there are high paying jobs on the biology career ladder. Advancement in my career would and is possible but advancement means I would need additional biology degrees as a Bachelors is 4 years, Masters are around 2 and a Doctorate to be a Ph. D is 7 years of schooling. Advancement is very possible with the tuition money but it will be hard to get the jobs as it would take around 11 years to finish school and have all the degrees.
With the said advancement means there will be extra and additional duties to complete while being a biologist with a notable procession such as leading a team of researchers and managing an experimentation, as Albert Einstein said about theories and experiments “ A theory is something nobody believes, except the person who made it. An experiment is something everybody believes, except the person who made it.” So every science, even snake milking is a type of scientific career path that can be built on. I will need a bachelor's degree at minimum but it's better to get a graduate degree. A little biology joke. Why didn't anybody buy the biologist's book? Because it was a hard cell! Now if a biologist needs a workplace some places would be Pfizer, Roche and Xceligent as these are very popular for biologists who need a workplace.
The daily life of a biologist is busy but not stressful at all. Typically a day at work would be researching species and identifying organisms. As well as studying and taking samples of life that roams, flies and swims this world, which is called earth. With all that, you would need to measure those creatures, photograph and if you're on the artistic side of life sketch the organisms and travel the world. You can study and do all things I just said you would do in a typical day as a biologist.
