At the beach I was just sitting in the sand. Then came, Cam, the crab came up to me and we were talking about how oceans are beautiful. Then he told me he was sad, I asked him why. He said because people are hurting oceans. I asked him how are people are harming the oceans, he said people are polluting oceans and people who fish. Polluting the sea isn’t good at all. And you might be saying it only affects the water, well you’re wrong. The water gets really dirty and then the fish get sick because the water is so dirty, and then the fish just die. You might think nothing is wrong with fishing, bot over fishing actually affects the population of sea animals. People who fish obviously catch sea animals, and sometimes the sea animals die, because the fishers can’t get the fish off the hook or sometimes the people who got the fish keep it and eat it. If pollution continues the water that we drink will get dirty and then we will have a shortage of water. If over fishing continues there will be less seafood and that causes a food shortage for humans. There will also be a food shortage for sea animals because sea animals eat each other. For example sharks eat fish but is fish die sharks won’t have anything to eat and then sharks will die from food shortage and will starving. All in all I think that hurting the sea is bad and our generation should stop hurting the ocean.
