Always wanted a horse well, it's very important to know how to care for them and today I am going to give you the basics. Items need are 2 brushes, pick and a working hose. First things first, you need a brush. Brushing a horse breaks up all the dirt and dust on them. When you use that brush you have to go in circular motions against the way natural grow of the horse's hair so, that all the dirt and dust that settles in the hair get out and moved around so you can get rid of it. Next, once you've moved the dirt and dust you take a second brush and it kind of acts like a broom that sweeps the dust and dirt away off the horse. Once you have done all of that then, you take a pick that you use to clean the junk that gets inside of the horse's shoe. When you are ready to clean the bottom of the shoe then you want to pinch the leg and that will lift the horse's leg. Then you start to dig into the horse's shoe and scrape all of the dirt, and hay. After all of that is done to the horse, they become hot you might want to hose them off. You don't want to hit them directly on but, hit them at an angle and start from the legs and go up, just don't hit the face (they hate that). Well, there is a lot more to taking care of the horse, but these are just the basics.
