That one weird time

One day my mom was at work, and she saw a weird piece of paper sitting on the side of the road, but it was not windy that day, so my mom finished her day at work then when she walked outside and then she saw the paper in the same spot but then she noticed that the paper was a piece of newspaper. When she picked it up, she saw it had my great grandma’s name on it, which was Joy Green, and it said something about her family losing her in the past two weeks, I think. When she got home, she showed me and my sister, but the thing is what are the chances of this happening.
