"In a house, on a hill, there was a boy. A boy with no face. He'd wander around the house, through the kitchen, down into the basement, and back up into a garden he didn't recognize. He was small, and skinny, and wore a long, beige, nightgown with frills on the end of both sleeves. He was hoping to find his mother, but that's all he could remember he needed. He would search. And search. And search. But he would never find her, as she is not in the house. All he could do was search, search for something that could never be found. He walked out of the flower garden and next to the big, swampy, pond. His wrinkled nightgown draped over a small patch of mud, getting him a little dirty. He didn't mind though. He wanted his mother. He heard a car pass by, but no mother was in it. So, he'd search more. For the love of his mother that hasn't been given. He thought the tall, woman-like figure with dark long, and damp hair, could be his mother. So he followed her. Out of the pond. Her gown looked like his. Into the kitchen. Now he was curios. Up some stairs. Where was she going? Into a room he didn't recognize. Who is that? There was another child on the bed. The no-faced woman scooped up the child and walked out the room. She walked back down the stairs and back into the pond with the child."

We have recently moved into an old manor in Bly. This Story my uncle told spooked the heck out a me because we live in the place it describes. The pond, the kitchen, the stairs, the flower garden. It's just a coincidence though...right? The backyard is mostly grassland, not many trees. I wake up the next morning and walk into the garden, wondering when ma and pa would be back from there trip back to America. My Uncle Rob lives in England and my family is not very wealthy, and so Uncle Robinson welcomed us with open arms. He's not very fond of me so we are quite distant. He's out getting groceries right now, so I have plenty of time to relax by myself. Then I get a weird feeling that I can't describe.

I still remember ma but that's it. I continue to look for her but I don't see her anywhere. I search and search, but don't think she's here. I can't feel my facial features, and I feel small and skinny, and I'm not sure where I got this gown. I don't remember much about myself, but I can still feel my fluffy perm on my head. Ma?... I see figure jump out from the pond. She looks like she's wearing a nightgown that looks like mine. I follow her. I go into the kitchen. I go up the stairs. Into a room I don't recognize. She scoops up the girl wearing a gown like mine. The girl has dark long hair. Me, a little boy, is scared. Or... I think I'm a little boy, I'm not sure. I see her take the little girl with her into the pond, and wish it was me.

The little girl wakes up and realizes she isn't a little girl, so she sets off to find another little girl. She passes by a little boy, but she pays no mind to him. She goes around the house and finds the little girl, she goes downstairs and back into the pond. The end.
