To start off with, Outer Banks is teenage show, but lots of kids watch it, even though they are not teenagers. I do, Now I will give you a recap on the most important parts of the show.
It all starts off the main character John B. Routledge, his dad and his friends. He has lived a great life but John B’s dad was always looking for lost treasure. Then one day, his dad Big John went missing and all the police shared was that his dad had died. But, John.b does not believe that. He eventually moves on with his life, and he also just goes back to his normal friend group that includes Kie, Pope, and JJ. Soon they become treasure hunters. They end up running into trouble on a lot of their journeys, but they always manage to get out of it.
In case you wonder as you watch the series, the Pouge's are poor and the cooks are rich. I hate the cooks, except for Sarah. Her dad, on the other hand, is CRAZY!! His name is Ward. He tried killing John.b. Anyways, Sarah was dating Topper for a while, but then Sarah realized she liked John.b.The big story behind Sarah's dad, Ward, and how he affected the treasure hunting.
Ward tried taking away the gold, the cross, and then the last treasure. About the cross, it was owned by Denmark Tanny, the captain of the Royal Merchant. A crazy thing about this is Pope found out he was related to Denmark Tanny. This is why Pope was so determined to get the cross. Rafe ended up getting the cross sadly, and he melted it into pieces and sold parts of it for big money.
The biggest part of the show is when John.b’s dad, Big John, and him reunite. You guess it, he ends up still being alive. I defenitly recommend this show, it is the best mystery show you will ever watch!
