Recently in Ohio there was a train wreck. This train was carrying dangerous chemicals! When the train derailed and crashed, these chemicals were released into the air and water. This had negative effects on the environment and the people living there. The water is no longer safe to drink, and the air is no longer safe to breathe. So, people living in this area had to pick up and move somewhere else or even to another state! Not only did this affect humans, but it also affected the animals living there. Unlike humans, animals didn’t know what had happened, so they kept on drinking the water and breathing the toxic air. Overall, the train wreck was a devastating event that affected so many people and animals.
