The Burmese python carefully wraps its body around an enormous alligator before LIGHTS OUT! Nothing can escape a 200-pound python's grasp. Burmese Python is capable of many things, like this. The Burmese pythons are overrunning the Everglades and must be stopped from upsetting the tranquil atmosphere.

Burmese pythons are marauding the Everglades! According to the text “The Snakes That are Taking Over Florida,” a text, says. One hundred to fifty eggs can be produced by Burmese python in a brief period, which is an enormous amount of eggs. The Burmese Pythons are populous because they rule the Everglades like queens and kings controlling a bunch of weak pawns, because of this they are the top predators in the Everglades. Due to its extremely voracious appetite for everything in the everglades, including eggs, deer, and humongous alligators, and food for the other predators the Burmese python is a dreadful problem for Florida because they are gobbling up everything they see. Pythons have adapted to both the freshwater and saltwater ponds in the Everglade. They even put animals that are on the edge of extinction at risk!

One reason why Burmese python are in Florida is the people brought them here they were calm, inexpensive, and when curled up in a ball, they are adorable. However, once the owners realized they would be unable to keep, feed, and maintain these gargantuan snakes as they grew to lengths of up to twenty-five feet so, they released them into the Everglades. Humans are constantly the reason for everything that goes suboptimal. Human activity caused the dodo to go extinct. Because of people, there are so much fewer elephants today. Humans are also responsible for the Burmese python's arrival in the Everglades. Since they were friendly and did not hurt people, the Burmese pythons were initially purchased as pets. Many people also blame hurricane Andrew a category five hurricane for the snake’s arrival in the everglades. Many of the snakes perished in the process, but several withstood the hard wind and rain of the hurricane and proceed into the Everglades. The hurricane was alleged to have hit a warehouse Jam-packed of exotic creatures, including boxes chocked-full of Burmese pythons. The Burmese pythons were blasted into the Everglades and reproduced.

To cease the invasion of Burmese pythons, the government made some rules. For instance, it is now illegal to bring pythons into the United States. People can also participate in the python challenge, which involves killing or capturing pythons to earn cash. Every year, many people participate in the challenge to hopefully get rid of snakes. The challenge also raises the awareness to people that the Burmese python is very imperiling and can cripple the environment easily with their large size and eating habits. The challenge also makes it so that you can discuss information about the Burmese pythons and how they pose a threat to the environment. The challenge gives the hunter ten days to hunt as many pythons as possible who ever assassinates are nabs the most will win a prize.

In conclusion Burmese pythons are unpleasant house guests to the Everglade and we can hopefully return Burmese pythons to where they live in southeast Asia, where they have predators, and where they actually fit and cannot torture the precious habitat any longer.
