According to researchers, cats have similar benefits, such as “lower stress and anxiety, improve your cardiovascular health, and prevent allergies.” According to an animal hospital, “while many people think cats are standoffish and aloof, they are loving companions (just like dogs),” meaning that cats have the same loyalty as dogs.
Are dogs or cats better? All in all, I learned that cats and dogs are unique in their own way and both have benefits. Cats are calmer, as dogs are more physical, and they both support that cats and dogs are equal.
