Have you ever heard the saying, ‘break a leg’? That saying usually is used in the profession of acting. A lot of people have a thing called ‘Stage Fright’ where it is hard for a person to perform on stage because they get profoundly nervous, but I love it! Acting is a fun and an exciting job! I want to be an actor on a set, filming, and especially acting itself!
When you are an actor, you have a script to follow when on set. The script tells you what to say, how to act, and even maybe a specific movement with your hands or to walk across the room. That is not my favorite part of acting, though. My favorite part of acting is when you become friends with a lot of people on set. For example, last year I acted on the set of ‘Alice in Wonderland, The Real Story.’ I became friends with one of the other girls on set, and we talk all the time. The friendships you make while on set last forever. That is why acting is my dream job.
