Hello, my name is Paige Golden, and my dream job is acting. Some reasons that I want to start acting are, Drama improves confidence, public speaking skill, and memorization. The salary for some movies is an average of 15 million to 20 million dollars. Not all movies or series pay that much but they pay well. Some ways to help you start acting are, 1. Take acting classes 2 Further your formal education 3 Join a local theater 4 Learn about the industry 5 Build your resume 6 Get a professional headshot 7 Start auditioning.
Before you audition make sure the role that you want fits your personality and skill level. If you do not get the roll the first time do not get discouraged. There are always more auditions. Somethings that need to be on your resume are personal information, education, awards and honors, activities, hobbies, and skills. That is why I want to start acting.
