Who are you? “I am Mrs. Sand a 3rd grade teacher. Mrs. Sand is a teacher because she loves to find out about children's personalities. Mrs. Sand is married with 2 little kids, Logan and Ryder, and she loves to go to the pool and at the weekends, she enjoys her time on the boat with them. This is Mrs. Sand’s home, (The school) and she does not plan to leave anytime soon. Mrs. Sand first name is Shannon. Mrs. Sands' strengths are organization and communication. Mrs. Sands' weaknesses are she feels that she is too much of a people pleaser. Mrs. Sand greatest achimenes is becoming a mom she is enormously proud of her kids and happy. Mrs. Sand loves 3rd grade, and she can also see herself teaching another grade. What do you expect from your 3rd grade students? I expect them to show kindness and work well with others and give them there all every day even if it is challenging. What are your expectations for next year? Willing to try new things and not give up when it is hard.
