Physical traits ** A serval cat are ‘small giraffe cats.
they are called giraffe cats because of their long legs and tall necks.
they have a very lean body and cam do many tricks with their unique form of a body.
They have a short tail and small head!!!!
Serval cats can weight (male 9-18 kg) and (women- 9-12 kg) (male 20-4o lb)
or (Women 20-26 ib) (MALE 18-40 or 25 pounds)
HABITAT
Servals are common in savannas where you can find plenty of water. Which makes the savannas a great habitat!
They enjoy areas of bush and tall grass and dry reed beds and including high-altitude moorlands and bamboo thickets in their habitat. You also see them at thickly planted streams and rivers at the savannas of central and southern Africa.
They love to climb and jump in the waters too!!!
Serval Cats Diets
Serval cats eat rodents because they are highly specialized so it's easier to catch them more including hares, birds (quails, flamingoes, quelea and teal), reptiles, insects, fish and frogs. Thats a good diet especially when serval cats
eat around 2 to 4 pounds of food a day Also knows 200 calories!
Are Serval Cats Dangerous?
Serval cats can be dangerous.
They can be Safe but must be bonded and be a one-person animal.
But when they are kept as pets, they have a poor life quality.
The serval cat is illegal to have you need a special license to have a Serval cat.
A serval cat is $3000- $5000 dollars to have.
